FAQ

Frequently asked questions

01

How quickly do we receive a quote?

Within 48h of receiving the technical elements (drawings, photos, access constraints). For complex requests, a site visit is organised first — the detailed quote follows within 48h.

02

Where do you operate?

Across Switzerland and France, from our Geneva (Meyrin) and Lyon offices. Interventions elsewhere in Europe are possible depending on the project.

03

What are your certifications?

EN ISO 3834, ISO 9606-1, ASME IX, EN 13480, EN ISO 15614 and ATEX/PED. Every welder is qualified and every procedure documented (WPS/PQR).

04

Can you work weekends or shifted hours?

Yes. Technical shutdowns are planned around your window: weekdays, weekends or shifted hours, with teams mobilised within 48h.

05

What documents do we receive at the end of the job?

A complete quality file: material traceability, NDT inspection reports, welding books. Your installation restarts with audit-ready documentation.

06

Do you work in GMP or clean room environments?

Yes — WFI, purified water and clean steam networks, clean room HVAC, with IQ/OQ/PQ qualification and electropolished finish Ra ≤ 0.8 µm where the process requires it.

07

How do you keep on-site time to a minimum?

Through preparation: surveys before the shutdown, isometric drawings, maximum prefabrication of sub-assemblies in the workshop. On site, only the essential remains.

08

How do we request a technical study?

Call or write to us: an engineer answers, organises a scoping visit if needed, and you receive a detailed study within 48h.
