Data we process

When you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of your request and any attachments). When you browse the site, our host processes technical data (IP address, browser type, timestamp) necessary for the security and proper functioning of the service.

Cookieless audience measurement

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly statistics tool: it sets no cookies, uses no fingerprinting and collects no data that could identify you. Measurements are aggregated and anonymous. This site therefore uses no tracking cookies and displays no consent banner.

Purposes and legal basis

We process your data to respond to your requests, prepare quotes, manage the business relationship and improve our website. These operations are based on the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures and on our legitimate interest in communicating and securing the service.

Recipients and transfers

Your data is neither sold nor rented. It may be processed by our technical providers (Microsoft Azure for hosting, Cloudflare for delivery), which may operate outside Switzerland or the EU. In such cases, appropriate safeguards govern these transfers in accordance with the revFADP.

Retention and security

We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described or for legal obligations (in particular accounting). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it against unauthorised access, loss or use.
